Shipping
As BRYAN van HAUGHTON is offered made-to-order, our pieces are offered preorder only with an estimated lead time of 4 weeks from order to delivery. All orders from BRYAN van HAUGHTON are shipped via USPS Priority Mail on packages of up to 60 lbs. Any shipment over 60 lbs. will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Any orders over 150 lbs. will be shipped freight through DHL, at which time you will be contacted to review and accept any additional shipping fees and/or duties. If freight shipping is required, a member of our customer service team will contact you via email to set up freight forwarding. Additional freight shipping charges may apply.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 business days after the receipt of your order for unworn, new with tags merchandise to be refunded in the form of the original method of payment used when placing the order, or may be issued as a store credit at the customer’s request, less shipping fees. Custom Made-to-Order items, sample sale items, sale items, and gift cards† are final sale and will not be accepted for return/exchange.
Requests to exchange unused, new with tags merchandise will be examined on a case-by-case basis as certain styles may be unavailable for immediate shipment as most styles are made-to-order.
