2.     Can I find BRYAN van HAUGHTON in stores?

As the retail industry has changed dramatically over the past few years, shifting focus to eCommerce and digital media, our current business model is focused on offering merchandise to you directly through our online sales channels. Currently, BRYAN van HAUGHTON is not stocked in any brick-and-mortar stores. Of course, we understand the importance of an in-store experience, we are always on the lookout for select brick-and-mortar retail partners who align with our core brand values.

3.     What if I want to own a piece of BRYAN van HAUGHTON but it is out of my price range?

Your support means everything to us, and we certainly don’t want you to feel alienated from the brand. We understand that a contemporary price point is not for everyone, however, as an environmentally conscious slow fashion brand, the collections are priced based on the amount of design, and the time spent on crafting each garment with high-quality fabrics and finishes. You can shop our small accessories which are perfect for any budget! As our small accessories are made sustainably out of fabric remnants from the sample-making process, they are true extensions of the main collections.

Additionally, we have made owning your piece of Bryan van Haughton much more accessible by adding AfterPay at checkout, which allows you to pay over time in four smaller installments.

4.     Do you design for every body type?

We currently offer sizes XS (0-2) through XL (16-18) with plans to expand the size range to offer up to size 2X (22-24). Due to the amount of technical work necessary for creating a great fit in plus sizes that are consistent with BRYAN van HAUGHTON, additional sizes will be added gradually over time. For fit reference, our fit model is 5’4” with a 39” bust, 31” waist, and 40” hips, upon which our size Medium is based. Click here to view our size chart.

We do offer our styles on a custom-made-to-measure basis, however, they will be final sale. Please send us an email at info@bryanvanhaughton.com when placing your order if you desire a custom size.

5. I’m over 5’8”! If your fit model is 5’4”, will everything be too short for me?

We thought you might ask! All of our pants and trousers are cut about 2”-3” longer than what is necessary for someone of a stature of 5’4” and have no less than a 2 3/8” hem. This allows the hem and overall length of the garment to be adjusted custom to the wearer’s measurements or personal taste. You’ll notice in our online shop and lookbook photos, the model shown is 5’10” and is wearing a size Medium. Only the hem was altered for the height of the model, leaving the overall fit of that size unchanged.

6.     I have a problem with my online order, how long before I receive a response to my email?

Our main priority is YOU. We strive to provide the best customer service and you can typically receive a response regarding your order within 48 hours! In some instances, response times may extend to up to 5 business days, usually only during holidays or special event dates. In this case, you may receive an automatic email response with updated email response times. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via DM on our official Instagram!
